I am still getting tic files here that don't have a replaces line in them so
they toss to my bad area. I have to add the "Relaces filename.zip" to those
tics and retoss them.
If you could add the replaces keyword to tics you send out I would appreciate
that so I don't have to retoss all the time. You can do that with a command
line option.
I know that some software doesn't need it. But my tosser will not replace an
existing file without that keyword in the tic.
