I would think that most would see the change of govt as a big Plus.  
13yrs is a long time for one party to be in power, and the fedral ALP 
was getting the Kirner/Cain look about it well and truely. 

Lets hope Howard can get the national bankcard back in the black, its 
taken the Libs a few years to do it down here, but Vic was in bad shape,
getting the waterfront reform on track is going to be a big test for 
Howard and his team.   

Vic goes to the polls again next weekend, lets hop Kennett gets another 
term to finish the rebuilding job hes done so far.  Brumby is promising 
fairyland again, so don't think he's going to get in, but will gain a 
few seats, no more than 12 I hope.
