 Malpractice is what a court says it is...not a nurse with an anti

 A genetic predisposition to alcoholism is NOT the same thing as being
 an alcoholic.
 Does this doctor have a name?  Where has he published his findings?
 Have they been peer reviewed?  Has any of his research been
 replicated by anyone else and similarly reported on?
 JK> I have met the qualifications for someone who does diagnose
 JK> and treat alcoholism and drug addiction in this state since
 JK> the early 1980's.
 What are those qualifications Jane?  In this state to make a medical
 diagnosis an individual must have completed all the requirements
 necessary to be granted a license to practice medicine.  They are
 commonly referred to as medical doctors.
