Artists have a clear flat/nonreflective spray they can put on
top of charcoal drawings or those done using 'pastel' crayons.
I wonder if this would help if applied _before_ putting the
label onto the CD? CDs are handled so often and by sweaty
fingered people the labels can become smudged when using
water soluble ink. :-\
