Well, the OS/2 2.1 Online Book Collection CDROM was recommended to me, but
IBM Direct have told me it's no longer available :-(

The Hobbes CDROM (or ftp://hobbes.cdrom.com/2_1/program/ if you prefer) has
some docs on it, including the IBM RedBook reference guides.

Or, if you want to spend a bit more money, you could subscribe to the
Developer's Connection CDROM, but others here are far more qualified than
me to tell you about that (as I haven't subscribed).
