No, you are using a TCPIP from before Warp Connect (ie the IAK). IAK and 
older used RESOLV and Connect and later (ie TCPIPv3) uses RESOLV2. 
Also, don't forget that your ETC directory is differnt under Warp3 than it is 
under WarpConnect/4. You use \tcpip\etc while we use \mptn\etc. I have found 
the safest way to work in that directory is to use a CD %ETC% to allow the 
system to fill in the directory from the ETC environment variable.
