No Binkley init string is going to do any good unless it's prefixed with 'at'
and suffixed with a '|' symbol. What you've given Bink is like typing
'&f&c1&d2x4' in your favorite terminal program, without saying 'at', or
pressing enter ('|') when you've finished.
