Mystic BBS v1.11 Alpha 1 has been released.

I am posting an annoucement here because I've struggled to get my mail to go
out in the MYSTIC echo lately.

I didn't compile OSX or Pi versions so if anyone is running them and would
like to alpha test please let me know.

Also if anyone feels up to it please post into MYSTIC if your echo works :)
