It works! I missed the foregoing discussion so maybe my questions are 
out of place. 
- I really don't understand the format. It is like magic. Could 
somebody explain why it works. The find options i do understand.
- Is it possible to change the title in the view finds window? I want 
to use this line to check whether a Spss syntax file contains lines 
longer than 80 characters. If so the user can jump very fast to the 
line(s). So i would like to change the title to something like: lines 
longer than 80 character found!, here they are: It that possible?
