Code to play as Noob Saibot: First choose Kano, then just before the round 
starts hold down HP, LP, BLK, LK and if you are on the right-hand joystick 
hold Right on the J-stick while holding the buttons.  If you are on the 
left-hand joystick hold Left on the J-stick while holding the buttons. 
Keep holding this till you see a poof of smoke, like Cyborg's Smokes
Invisibility smoke screen, and then he will become Noob Saibot.
If the smoke screen dose not apper withing 3 seconds after the round starts,
forget it.  It should happen right away.  It may take awhile.  So far I
have only gotten it to work in the second round.  Once you are Noob Saibot,
you are him till you die.  NOTE: Their is a slight drawback to this little
trick that I did not know until about and hour ago, you must be playing
another person to do this.  Also this will only work on the arcades that
are connected so that you may fight other people from other arcades.
