What are the ramifications (if any) of having your car designated
as a "historical" vehicle?  Is there any limitation to the type of
driving, or mileage.  How about insurance considerations and problems
at selling time?
I remember reading something, somewhere that going historical wasn't
a good idea.  I have a 62 Lincoln and wan't to put original 1962
plates on it.  NY DMV requires that the registration have the historical
designation.
