Hee Hee - I just picked up Transogram's GREEN GHOST game today! One of my
major, all time wants from my childhood years, fulfilled, finally, at a third
of guide no less! The box is mint, and the gentleman I got it from - get
this - gave me all the parts, except the actual game board itself, for TWO
games! Seems when he was a kid, his mom had bought him this game, and
somewhere along the line back then, this guy, as a kid, broke the game board,
so his mom bought him another one. So while he had only one game board, he
had *two* of everything else - all the accessory pieces! If I could find
another game board separate somewhere, I'd have two complete games!
Ah, but my childhood search isn't over! I am still looking for any Red Raven
movie records, if anyone has any. I am still looking for any issues of THE
BLACK CAT magazine, the short story magazine from 1895-1923. (to see the cool
cover of one, FREQ the file "blackcat.gif" from my system nights or
eekends).
And I am still looking for any OUTER LIMITS stuff, including the Milton
Bradley game, trading cards, puzzles, comics, or anything! Same with GREEN
HORNET. Finally, I am still looking for a 60's Creepy Crawler set, foil box
preferred. And does anyone out there still have a "Gaylord"? It was a
plastic, battery operated basset hound that walked and barked when you
pressed buttons on the wired battery pack/control that attached to the dog.
If anyone has any of this stuff, please post a message.
