That's really an EXTRA number, and only for voice, I think (although I
know there is a way to have the same number used both for fax and as an
answering machine or voice. If there is nothing said after a certain
interval of time, or maybe if the fax noise starts it goes down another
path - somnething like that)
I know there's this idea of 500 numbers - a permamnent number which
woudld be routed to different locations at different times. When you
moved around, you'd dial a number and reprogram the telephone company's
switches to have sich and such a phone ring.
