Ok the guide lines are simple.
1, Three abusive messages and your out. (1 month for the first set, second
set and you dont come back)
2, Try and restrict messages to Midi progs, configs, electronic music
recording and reproduction. (I am not likely to get upset with other music
being
brought into it unless someone complains)
3, If you wish to make a moderation message to another user netmail it to me.
I will then decide if the moderator needs to post such a message.
4, SMALL UUencoded samples of midi can be sent to the echo on the following
   conditions:
A) The subject line MUST have: UUencode
This is so that anyone looking through the list of messages can recognise
   what it is straight away.
B) It must not be more than 1 message in length (about 5 screens full)
This situation will be reviewed if it gets abused or a system complains.
Notes:
I am not a "Jack boot" moderator. I like to see easy going discussion
(especially with a bit of humour thrown in) so I am not quick to step on
things UNLESS someone complains. So if you have a problem feel free to tell
me in netmail and I will respond to you and to the other person if it is
 needed.
