I tried an RX-1 in .25 recently and it is a sweet shooting gun. This
one was shooting 21 grain pellets at 550 fps (0.8 fps std dev, 10 shots!)
for a power level of 14 ft-lbs. Nothing compared to the 20 ft-lbs Beeman
quotes but it show nicely without too hard of a cocking force. I'll have
to see how much pressure is in the gas spring. .25 is a fun caliber but
I think .22 or .20 would be a little more economical.
Anyone have a .22 or .20 RX-1/R-1 barrel they wish to part with?
