That's not a problem. I have the same situation.

Again, what drive the browser is on doesn't make any difference,
just so that there is one when you need it.

Yeah. If you're going to do streaming audio, you need the
browser aimed at that station. If you're working with mp3 files
you've previously downloaded or gotten from elsewhere, there is
no browser required.
