Yes-we were able to pay a year's rent up front, so we got a small apartment
(quite possibly one of the smallest I've ever lived in, save for the
military). I'm working at Office Depot as the furniture department
specialist, but sadly, even though the people are nice, the pay sucks and
though I work nearly fourty hours a week, I'm still considered
"part-time".  Needless to say, I'm starting to look for more
work.

Other than that, things are fine.  It's nice to have my parents and
grandparents so close to me after being apart for nearly eleven years. 
It's only a six-hour drive to my wife's mother's home, so weekend trips
aren't too bad (save for the gas cost!).

Once I get things a little more settled with a bigger desk, et cetera, I'll
have to post a picture of the board. ;)
