 worked for me.  The patch files are in an obscure
subdirectory under the BBS directory, no doubt for a good reason that
wasn't immediately clear to somebody coming in through the Internet...

You can also find the patch files at  in the subdirectory
/pub/comp/os/os2/bugfixes/watcom-c++
