It was her own copy of his speech.  She was free to do with it
whatever she wanted.  And we all know what she did, as she did it
so publicly.

According to Nancy Pelosi, she did it in order to grab attention
for herself.  That is what she told CNN's Christiane Amanpour in an
interview on 2/16/2020.
