That has to be done while on-line. you can.. it's done by manually writing a control message, I forget the exact details for WC systems. but something like TO: WCMAIL SUBJ:ADD in the area you want to add "WCMAIL" is "controlname" found in the file "door.id" of the QWK packets when I was using megaread I used to do that as megaread used the wrong controlname most of the time.
