Hi Mike. Because I was the one who posted the ACB material on this list, I
will repeat my reasoning for doing so. I thought that they contained
material important enough to be distributed to the widest possible
audience. That was it!  I never intended to make it a regular practice,
and believe me, I'll never do it again, even though I believe that the
readership of this list will be the worst off for it.
