could be he did "shoot himself accidentally while trying to catch gun while 
falling (which could happen) then gun hit ground.  I would think this is 
entirely a possibility as othe newsgroups say that :catching GLOCJ by trigger 
could lead to a discharge.  Also brought up was a new addon that costs $20 
and can be flicked out when needed by trigger finger.  If this indeed is the 
case then it's a cheap safety feature.
