I just thought of a way that his statement might not have been a flat out
lie (note: I believe completely that he did lie). Do you remember when NTC
/ RTC San Diego were still running and how they had that concrete Ship?
Maybe the boot camp that Otto flunked out on had a concrete plane. :) I
don't believe that's the case, but let's see if Otto jumps on that as what
happened. :)
