subject: [OS2HW] Kodak camera and ECS

As this subject came up before, I have a usb 6 card reader that shows
up as two drives that I can transfer pictures from my Kodak cameras
into ECS. As for plugging the camera itself in, I gave it a try. ECS
recognizes the camera, Refresh Removeable Media actually thinks about
it for a few seconds before it just doesn't mount it, and LVM adds it
to it's list even though it shows incorrect values just like the card
reader drives. So I then brought up the USB device monitor, and it ID's
the camera.

This is a CX6330. It lists as KODAK ID 0x0571
This is the device report:

It's a shame we can get this much info out of the camera, but not read
the memory.
