  IBM2SCSI WON'T ALLOW BOOT PARTITIONS > 4 GIGS OR BEYOND 4 GIGS
  IF THE PARTITIONS ARE SMALL UNDER OS2 3.0, 2.11 ABD BELOW

Also,  the debug kernel (actually the debug loader) will print out
everything OS/2 is assuming about your memory when it first loads.  This
may or may not help you.
