Hello,
can somebody verify this ? emx 0.9a seems to to have a serious bug, in the
crt runtime dll. All file open calls will fail for file names longer than 8
chars. If you use the static lib all is OK.

I'll try to recompile the library and see if that changes anything. What
good are development tools for OS/2 if they can only handle 8.3 file names
?
