  I do all that with BlueWave's configuration menu.
  Change header border and text colors and information.
  Change quoted text color.
  Change reply text color.
  Change tagline color.
  Change tearline color.
  Change ORIGIN line color.
  Change background color.

 Using the text editor of choice, QEDIT, I have those
 options too.
