It goes into command mode during/after the bbs script inits or when an
incoming call attempts to connect ?
It should not able to go into command mode without receiving the escape
sequence. If the escape sequence does not exist in your bbs script
and/or setup software then I would suspect it is defective.
I ASSume you've already tried basic connects but I'll go back and read
the thread.
