Isnt up to, before and after closing when the cleaning took place?

I briefly worked in fast food as well and as I recall, you didnt leave the
store after it closed until the place was clean and sanitized. So if you
wanted to lean on the counter and fuck off, before closing or not, all it
meant was you all stayed later than planned.
