Uh, this is one of them trick questions, isn't it? The answer starts
with an "R" though...R--, Rep--...oh, yeah, Bob's a Republican!

Wouldn't surprise me one bit. Just when I think we've reached the
limit I hear yet another government action that greases that slippery
slope even more than before. I keep wondering how much longer God is
going to put up with us, you know? 
Disclaimer: ignore this bit if you don't believe God communicates
with people who truly listen, but if you do, it's pretty interesting.
I talked to my aunt (a dedicated Christian) the other day and she
said she was praying about the suffering and evil doings increasing
so much, and asked for an answer. God told her that it's because of
our wicked ways (such as chosing an immoral leader, that sort of
thing). Until recently we were protected by an Angel of Mercy and an
Angel of Justice, but He is fed up and has taken them off duty. If
you think about it, Justice and Mercy sure are lacking these days,
aren't they? :(
He also told her that the American people will soon "hear the death
knell". She said that really took her aback since she never uses the
word "knell" and wasn't even that sure of what it meant until she
looked in the dictionary. No telling what will happen, but I don't
doubt for a second that something *will* happen. 
Come to think of it, many months ago (long before the Monica thing)
she was so furious and frustrated at the way Bill Clinton keeps
sliming his way out of things and asked "Why, why, why?" God told her
he would soon find himself in big trouble. Looks like he did, huh?
Sure, I know a lot of people don't believe in the Fruits of the
Spirit, but my aunt definitely has at least three. She's no psychic,
just very in tune with God's will. He told her that she and her
prayer group should pray about the quake in CA and the one in Mexico
long before they happened. Of course we don't think it was to stop
them, but when you think of all the people that were "miraculously"
saved, it kinda makes you wonder, huh?
Things don't look good for the US, but I guess we already knew that.
... If "talking to God" is prayer, why is "hearing from God" schizo?
