We're in the planning and design phase - the longest and most boring part
of any project. It's also the most critical - if the design is wrong, then
everything else will suck (like building your house on sand). Writing the
code is easy, and will happen when the design is near final.
It's also the holidays, so everyone's off seeing the world in meatspace...
