Like you and Jean, I have been scanning this echo all along.  Just lurking,

Ahmm... the "Great Race" is on this weekend, Holger.  The
Bathurst 1000 carnival starts tomorrow (my time), and goes on through to
the main race on Sunday.    Keep an eye out for it in your TV guide(s).  :)
