i don't know about that but i regularly assist folks over there with the
firewall i support and DSL stuffs...

no, you really don't want ISDN these days... the charges for calls outside
your ranges are especially expensive... but if you really have to have ISDN
 then get your local utilities commision involved and get them to make the
telcos charge the same rates for them that they do for a single POTS
line... that's only two numbers at most 64k each but more likely 56k due to
bit robbing by the telco to get another connection or two out of the bits
they've stolen...

but seriously, ISDN cannot hold a candle to DSL... i've got 3Meg down 768K
up here for only $40/month (IIRC)... ISDN is only 64k in each direction
plus the metered range charges... one of my client ran up a $40000 bill for
one month calling from southern pines to raleigh because they insisted on
having it connecting even though metered distance charges were involved...
if they had been able to wait a week for the local connection to come
online, they would not have had anything more than their base bill of $100
to deal with...
