Sorry for my jumping in, but here in Madison, Wisconsin many of the local
stores sell trailers for parents to tow their children around in (although
none that allow someone to tow an actual bicycle, which is why I didn't
reply to the original message). I also saw a comparision between a child
seat and trailer in a recent issue of Mountain Biking magazine (by Captain
Dondo, if I recall correctly). I am suprised to find out that some places
have trailers illegal. What's the rational?
Just curious. I don't have any kids and, considering the way my personal and
financial life has been going, won't have any any time soon!
