I know just enough to be dangerous about Linux.
I started trying to learn Linux after Jean Parrot mentioned Ubuntu 7.03
in a message, so I downloaded it to see what the program was about.
Jean started calling Ubuntu "U'u" in His messages, so I did also when
writing about my experiences.
At least I did notice the HDD's Name was the one inside the Vista box
and Clonezilla was going to replace Data on IT from the HDD You sent me
that I had only Formatted.
These here computer boxes ARE a learning experience.
I may give up on installing a larger HDD in the Windows 95 notebook since
now I can't see anything on the Display when it is turned on, and I can't
figure out a method to make Your HDD take the Recovery Data from the
Acer CD.
Thanks for holding my hand during this.
And thanks to Others who also wrote trying to assist me.
Before I got the Service Manual I wondered why taking out the screws on
the bottom of the case wouldn't let me see what was in there.
At least I got to see what was inside of the Win95 Acer Note Light.
... Always butter up the SYSOP, they taste better that way.
