Use the EXEHDR or EXEMAP utilities IBM gives out.  NE-format modules are always
16-bit. LX-format modules are usually 32-bit, although they can contain 16-bit
segments if they are so flagged.  The internal structures of executable modules
are effectively documented in the NEWEXE.H and EXE386.H files that are part of
the Developer Toolkit.
