If its choice for ibm437 vs cp437 (which represent exactly the same thing)
troubles you, simply take your grievance to the developer. Perhaps he/
they would be pleased with your thoroughness.
But this discussion *has* revealed OXP's purposeful change from ibm437,
which it produces properly for the original message stored in the local
messagebase, to ibmpc when scanning out. THAT is currently undergoing
some scrutiny in the code.
