   Keeps everybody honest.  (Which at a dirt track is QUITE an
accomplishment!)
   I'd much prefer restrictor plates, but it seems it's too easy to
diddle them to be practical.  Being forced to BUY the carb from the
TRACK operator is a bitch, but if ya wanna run, ya follows th' rules!
(There's gotta be SOME way to keep competition competitive,  or
cubic money wins every time!  It gets boring tearing down the same cars
every week!)
