   Can't say that I'm a great follower of Government owned businesses

   particularly with the corruption and massive free handouts which

   would never be given to private ent.  I was very surprised to hear

   that the govn run fleet of limousines charged out their hourly rate

   at $80.00 per hour.  Considering they pay no sales tax on their

   vechicles, their drivers are on saleries not the hourly rate and

   their fuel and running cost would be almost half that of private ent,

   yet the private ent charge out rate is $55.00 per hour.  This was on

   the tv last Sunday morn.  No wonder the country is going down hill.



 PE> It's not Telecom's job to run a charity, it's the governments.



   Thought the gov were already doing that.
