That looks like an oddly specific entry, specifically that it's referencing a
specific file. I dunno if you wanted to do that, since anything that's not
named that wouldn't unzip.  =)

If you're just using that an as example, this is what the default unzip
command looks like:

unzip -oqqjC "%1" "%2" -d %3

You can grab info-zip (it's free) from http://www.info-zip.org/
