As I said before, anyone who want's it now can have it. It hardly requires
doco for running the program. Just type SORTPKT followd by the path to the
packets and an optional log file name.
Eg: SORPKT C:\BINKLEY\FILE SORTPKT.LOG
What I meant was the interface doco for the classes, which is going to be
pretty minimal. I've also got to tidy up a couple of things like handling
of invalid dates.
