I just learned that Outlook stores its messages in .PST format.  Maybe look
for those, and copy the entire Inbox "tree" of files onto CD. 
Then, bringing the CD to your new system, "Import" those messages
into your OE.

This is the strategy I would use...

[1] Create a new Identity in OE (if you don't want the messages that you
are about to "Import" to mixed in with the ones you already have.

[2] Having switched to that new Identity, select the Inbox, then File
/Import /Messeges..  Then follow the Wizard prompts pointing to the
"source".PST files of your messages.
