The "turn off" feature seems to have been removed during the same time Supra
introduced their 1-ROM 14.4k v32bis external models. My old 2-ROM v32bis
still employs isolating the modem port and the phone port when the modem is
in use.
Since then my 1-ROM v32bis external developed a problem and I exchanged with
the 28.8 external model. I was disappointed that the two jacks were not
isolated.
