I agree with you Kathy, as long as you don't deal with smuglers we have 
nothing to worry about. Returning to what started all of this, I just saw 
this morning an ad in the newspaper, something like this: Bonded pair of
Gray Cheeked parakeets. $500... I guess they really must be hard to find 
since they're asking that price.
