subject: An Itch for Scratch

Hallo Kenneth
Op 21 Jan 98 03:50 had jij het over *An Itch for Scratch*...
KP> Was it Denon who made the first variable speed CD players? Now, I read
KP> there's a CD player you can scratch with just like turntables.
Pioneer was the first with CD pro-gear, yes, variable speed....worked with
it...big buttons, sturdy, reliable etc... :)
Denon produced a dual-CD-player with wired-remote-control....variable speed
and variable pitch...I mean...pitch control & key control....you could even
activate a link between the two options so you could speed up a CD without
the 'mickey mouse' effect......I work with it regularly :)
Groetenzenzovoorts, Thom
