Well, slowly;). I haven't read the Regulators yet, but in Desperation only  
the first part was worth reading. From then on it got worse and worse.
The cop in the beginning was a really cool idea though and without that  
little prayboy who solved virtually all of the appearing problems the  
story could have been really thrilling ... but so ... too bad
