I suppose it would have to be up to anyone wishing to access the program from
a boat to take care of connections but I suppose it could be done. As far as
stretching the truth I suppose it could display info entered as "rumour has
it" as opposed to "verified data". That way the user can differentiate what
they are reading there to determine the integrity of such data. :)
