Jan, I have an AW320 here with its CD, which contains an OS2 directory 
with drivers, etc. from 1998.  I presume that they would work, although 
I have not installed the adaptor yet but plan to do so in the next few 
days as I want to try Z! & PM123 for streaming audio.
If you don't get the archive from Chili or someone else and the above 
drivers work here on Warp 4 FP 15, I can zip them up and send them to you.
Perhaps, Chili knows more about them at this point and could comment.
