Is there any way to turn off, or at least make less-annoying, the
Automatic Update reminder under Windows ME?  The one under XP bugs me
every morning at work, but it allows me to click 'X' to get rid of it.
Under ME, there is no 'X' and, when you click on it, it opens up without
an 'X' or 'Cancel' button (I think XP's has the 'Cancel,' too).

I checked the Add/Remove under the Control Panel, and couldn't find it
on the list, or as a part of the Windows installed components.
