Nope, snagged the box I'm now typing from in the trash with perfectly good motherboard, hard drive and SVGA monitor. I merely swapped out my CD-ROM, sound card and RAM. I also snagged a Pentium running at 180 but upgradable from the trash and it's only problem is no CMOS battery, broken A drive and no hard drive the boot sector of it being trashed. Like I said in another post if something breaks here before I buy an A and C drive I'll just swap them out from the 486 and for the price of a CMOS battery, 4 bucks at Radio Shack, I'm good to go. --- MultiMail/PBellDOS v0.42* Origin: FidoTel & QWK on the Web! www.fidotel.com (1:275/311) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 275/311 10/345 379/1 633/267 |
